How a dietitian can help
Our dietitians are qualified to provide a range of evidence-based nutrition services, and have the expertise to provide individual dietary counselling, medical nutrition therapy, group dietary therapy and food service management – particularly as this applies to the management of chronic conditions. These specialised skills and the APD qualification distinguish dietitians from other occupations in the nutrition and food science field, including that of a nutritionist.
