Our dietitians provide face-to-face consultations at the following clinics on the NSW Mid-North Coast. They also deliver telehealth (phone) consultations if you cannot access a face-to-face appointment. Online bookings are available for each of these clinics.
We currently have long waiting lists for most of our clinics and in some cases face-to-face appointments aren’t available for up to 12 weeks. If you would like an earlier appointment, we suggest that you book in for a TELEHEALTH appointment to get started. You can then be scheduled for face-to-face appointments if required, or continue with the telehealth appointments.
If you have a valid and current referral from your GP (PAHS, Medicare or DVA) you will not be charged for your appointment. If you don’t have a referral, or if your referral has expired, then you will need to pay (fees) for your consultation with the dietitian. Referrals from your doctor can be faxed to 1300 654 885.

You can access any of our dietitians (subject to their availability) for a phone consultation. When you access our online booking system you will clearly see the days and times that our dietitians are available for phone appointments. These appointments are easier to access at the moment.
In Forster, we are located at Macintosh Medical – 97 Macintosh Street.
In Gloucester, we are located at Gloucester Medical Centre – 7 Denison Street.
In Taree, we are located at Intalink Therapy Solutions – 5 Macquarie Street.
In Tea Gardens, we are located at Ochre Medical Centre – 8 Myall Quays Boulevard.
In Wingham, we are located at Access Health Care – 101 Isabella Street.
How to cancel or reschedule your appointment
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you can do this by clicking the ‘appointment link’ in the confirmation email that you received. This will open the MANAGE YOUR APPOINTMENT web page (see below).
Select the ‘reschedule‘ option if you want to change your booking. When you choose a new appointment your previous appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Select the ‘cancel‘ option if you want to cancel your booking but not reschedule. Note that if you cancel your appointment first, you cannot reschedule – you’ll need to create a new booking completely.
