Lani Black
Lani completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle and has a passion for sharing her knowledge and love of food. Through nutrition education, Lani supports clients in developing a healthy relationship with food to achieve their lifestyle goals. She takes a positive approach in providing practical advice about eating for good health. Lani enjoys all areas of nutrition, with particular interests surrounding intuitive eating, binge eating, prenatal nutrition, diabetes and cardiovascular health.

Natalie Stackhouse
Natalie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who graduated from the University of Newcastle. She also holds a postgraduate certificate in Lifestyle Medicine and originally completed a Bachelor of Biological Science at the University of Colorado, USA.
A mum of three adult children, she understands the challenges of balancing health with a busy family life. Natalie has experience across hospital, community, disability, and telehealth settings in both regional and metropolitan areas.
Her areas of interest include gut health, women’s health, and supporting people with long-term health conditions. She brings a practical, down-to-earth approach, helping clients make realistic and sustainable changes to improve their nutrition and health.

Becky Vaschak
Becky is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 15 years of experience supporting people with their nutrition and wellbeing.
She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University in Virginia, USA and completed her Dietetic Internship with The Ohio State University. She is a recognised dietitian in both the USA and Australia.
Her background includes extensive work in eating disorders, women’s health, aged care, and community nutrition.
Her experience in eating disorders has shaped a compassionate, practical, and holistic approach to nutrition. She believes that food should be both nourishing and enjoyable, and she works with people to find realistic strategies that fit their lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
She’s passionate about helping older adults maintain their health, independence, and quality of life through person-centred nutrition support.
