If none of these locations are convenient, you can request a telehealth (video or phone) consultation instead. In this instance, the Dietitian will either phone you or contact you via video link (emailed to you) at the scheduled time for your appointment.

How to make an appointment

All our dietitians are registered with Dietitians Australia. We accept  clients referred under Medicare’s Team Care Arrangement (TCA) program, Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the Priority Allied Health Services (PAHS) program, Eating Disorder Management Plan (EDMP) and those who are self-referred.

You do not need a doctor’s referral to see us, however, there are a number of federally funded programs that may enable you to see one of our Dietitians at no cost to you (for a limited number of consultations).  We therefore suggest that you discuss this with your GP prior to making an appointment to see us. Note that if you do not have a valid referral from your GP then fees will apply for your consultation.

If you have been referred by your GP then they should have given you some referral paperwork including our contact details. You will be asked to identify your type of referral when you make an online booking with us..
